La Leche League of Ridgecrest will hold its regular series meeting on Thursday, August 11th, at 9:30 a.m. This month's meeting is the fourth in our ongoing four-topic series. August's subject is Nutrition and Weaning. We'll discuss how we can continue healthy eating habits in our babies, now that we've given them the very best start; how to incorporate good nutrition into the whole family's diet; what is weaning, and steps for a smooth weaning.

Our meetings are held in Ridgecrest at the Immanuel Ministry Center, 1201 N. China Lake Blvd., located between Urgent Care and Pizza Hut.
